• Details you send us — when you enquire through the website, WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, contact number, email, travel dates, group size and trip preferences.
• Usage data — like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate region). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Conversations — messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp, email or phone while we plan your trip.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare itineraries and quotes, arrange and operate your trip, and improve this website. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we won’t add you to marketing lists without your consent.

4. WhatsApp and other third-party services

Many buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message — when you use them, WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.
