1. About these terms

By using www.fetraco.in or enquiring about a trip with Fetraco (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book — we’re happy to explain.

2. What this website does

This site showcases destinations, sample itineraries, stays and experiences across Kerala. All details shown are indicative: every trip we run is tailor-made, so routes, inclusions and availability are confirmed individually with you. Sending an enquiry (through the website or WhatsApp) is not a confirmed booking.

3. Bookings and payments

A booking exists only once we confirm it to you in writing (WhatsApp or email). Prices, inclusions, payment schedule and cancellation terms are agreed per trip at the time of confirmation, and that written confirmation is what applies to your booking. This website does not take online payments.

4. Changes and cancellations

We stay as flexible as we can with date changes and cancellations, and the exact terms are set out in your written confirmation. Some services we arrange for you — houseboats, hotels, homestays and activity operators — have their own change and cancellation policies, which apply to those services.

5. Travel responsibility and safety

• Adventure activities (off-road drives, trekking, paragliding, river and boating activities) carry inherent risk. Always follow the instructions of your guide or the activity operator.
• Please tell us in advance about health conditions, dietary needs or mobility limits that could affect your trip.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip.
• Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID and any documents required for travel.

6. Website content

Text, photographs and videos on this site belong to Fetraco or are used with permission. Please don’t reuse them without our consent. We keep the site as accurate as we can, but information may change without notice.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fetraco is not liable for indirect losses or for delays and disruptions beyond our reasonable control — such as weather, road or park closures, or other force-majeure events. For services provided by third parties, our responsibility is limited to selecting those partners with reasonable care.

Links to Google, Tripadvisor, social media and other external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala (Kottayam).
